At Coyote Ink, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed apparel and ensuring your satisfaction. While we aim for perfection, we understand that issues may arise. Below is our return and refund policy to help resolve any concerns.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

1- Clear photos of the damage or defect.
2- Your order number. - Once the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the item at no cost or issue a refund in the form of a gift card for future purchases.
2. Personalized Products
- All of our products are printed on demand, so returns or refunds for personalized items are not accepted, except in cases of printing errors or defects.
- Please double-check your custom designs and details before placing your order. If you have any questions, our team is here to assist you.
3. Size and Product Selection
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or product selection. Be sure to refer to our size guide, available on each product page, to make the best choice.
- If you have concerns or need guidance, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
4. Shipping Issues
- If your order is lost or fails to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, let us know so we can investigate with the shipping provider.
- In confirmed cases of loss, we will offer a free replacement or issue a refund in the form of a gift card.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued as a gift card for use on future purchases at Coyote Ink.
- Refunds to the original payment method or in cash are not available, except under exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
6. How to Initiate a Claim
To process a return or refund:
- Email us at support@coyoteink.com with the subject line: "Return/Refund Request."

7. Exceptions
- We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, altered, or do not have manufacturing defects.
- Claims made after 30 days of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
